o If your problem is not attended to within Two Hours then please contact the Projects or Technical Departments
o Netbridge maintains on-site support, Monday to Friday, 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM, outside of these hours; we are available to assist with problem resolution on a pre-arranged basis. We would appreciate it if you would ensure that ALL issues arising from your side are channeled through the requisite SUPPORT CHANNEL as indicated above.
